I purchased a five book series entitled Who Knew for the two little books Free Stuff and Extreme Coupons, which come in the series by Bruce and Jeanne Lubin, but when the package came four weeks later, I noticed that the box contained, not one, but two sets and that Who knew had double charged me by mistake. I assume that the company did this when they called me to ask for my address, which I had already provided to them when I made the initial purchase.
However, I can return the second set for my money and I have been finding Free Stuff very helpful, but the rest of the books are a little disappointing for me, so here's hoping that Free Stuff can makeup for my aggravation in this very unprofessional situation. Who Knew fails here, but If you have a different opinion speak up and tell me why!
